Features of pellet machine
1.It is widely used for pelletizing all kinds of biomass particles, such as wood sawdust, straw, rice husk and coffee husk etc.
2.The main drive adopts the high accuracy gear driving, so the output is 20% more than the belt drive.
3.It uses the imported high quality bearings, oil seal to make sure the high-efficiency, stable performance and low noisy of the whole machine.
4.The feeder uses variable-frequency and variable-speed motor to make sure the good quality of the pellet.
5.Advanced world standard compensatory S-shaped coupling with the structure of novel, compact, safe, low-noisy and low fault.
6.Feeder, conditioner and chute are made of stainless steel with long service life.
7.It is with magnet and over load protection system, which can protect machine well during production

Application of pellet machine
This pellet machine mainly used for making wood pellets , the pellets used for industry, boiler factories.

Various kinds of raw material to make pellet: Raw material can be any type of Agro-Forestry waste,like wood log,wood branch,wood skin,wood chips,stalk,straw,peanut shell,rice husk,etc.
agricultural waste(wheat stalk,corn stalk,peanut shell,rice husk,straw,etc.) and wood waste(scobs,wood branch,wood chips,wood shaving,log’s skin,etc.)

Output pellet:
the final size could be:Φ6, 8, 10, 12mm, etc. length is adjustable,strictly follow EU Standard.

 the ideal moisture range is from 15%  to 18% .
